Your HOA Board has received numerous complaints from our neighbors regarding the recent, and troublesome, distribution of the free "Briefing" paper courtesy of The Dallas Morning News. We say troublesome because, as most of us have seen, the papers arrive unsolicited, and are oftentimes found all over sidewalks and streets, and are becoming quite a nuisance. UPDATE: now with info about the Plano Star Courier as well.

 The project has been taking longer than anticipated due to the record rainfall that we've received during that past couple of months. However, work has once again resumed and, if our luck holds, will complete within the next month or so. The soil around the completed ponds will be smoothed out in preparation for re-sodding and any repair work, if needed, will begin after completion of the project.
We would like to remind our homeowners not to remove any of the dredged soil as we will still need to test it for any contaminants.
