Our community is perhaps one of the best kept secrets in Plano, TX. We are tucked away in the northeastern most corner of the city, surrounded by beautiful wooded areas and 800+ acres of Oak Point Park. 
Our HOA represents over 750+ homeowners residing in the Lakes of Timber Brook, Timber Brook Estates, and Timber Brook Farms sub-divisions. As the HOA board, our mission is to serve as a trustworthy steward of our community property and funds; preserve and grow our property investments by promoting compliance with our bylaws, covenants and deed restrictions; promote a safe, family friendly neighborhood environment; and provide appropriate forums for communication. |
