Mike Maddox

President - Mike and his wife, Dee, have lived in Timber Brook since 1999. Mike has served on the Board since 2003. A U.S. Navy vet, Mike is a systems analyst and project lead with Availity, L.L.C. a healthcare transactions and professional services firm. Mike has also served as the Area Crime Watch Coordinator. Mike and Dee have one 'child', their Bichon Frise, Tia, who doesn't know she is a dog!

Greg Price

Vice President - Greg, along with his wife Jill and son Jackson, has been a resident and active HOA member of Timber Brook since 1999. In addition to his board position, he is also involved in the neighborhood Crime Watch program, and is a past President of a local chapter of Toastmasters International. Greg hails from the University of Delaware with an undergraduate degree in Advertising Design.  He currently works as a database administrator in Plano, and enjoys tweaking his home theater and kicking up sawdust in his workshop.

Mike Peters

Treasurer - Mike and his wife Pam have been in Timberbrook Farms since the spring of 2006.  They have two sons (one a teenager still at home) and three grandchildren (all boys).  In addition to his board position, he is also involved in the neighborhood Crime Watch program.  Mike originally hails from Denver, Colorado but has been in the North Dallas area since 1983.  He attended Colorado State University and received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Accounting.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and works in the local office of a major international telecom company.

Patrick Tavares

Secretary - Patrick is a Senior Systems Engineer at Verizon Business. Patrick graduated from Texas A&M with an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering. He and his wife Lisa moved to Timber Brook Farms in 2004. Patrick is also the HOA Webmaster. When he's not busy banging away on his keyboard, he also makes sawdust in his garage shop. Patrick and Lisa have 2 children.

George Elwell

Member at Large - George and wife Marianne have lived in Timber Brook North since Nov 1999.  A second marriage, they have 3 sons, 1 daughter, 2 Grandsons and two Granddaughters.  After about 40 years in the electronics industry, George loves his second career as a Real Estate Broker Associate with a small Dallas brokerage.  George has been very active in the Plano community since 2003, a graduate of Leadership Plano Class-24 (2006-2007), past President of the Collin County Affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, a past member of the Plano Board of Adjustment, and is an active member of Plano Sunrise Rotary and the Plano Chamber of Commerce.
